Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in investment fund services, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting/oversight.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing third-party fund administration and driving quality, timeliness, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and fund regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Manila-based fund controller team and manage day-to-day oversight activities to ensure consistent, timely delivery.
• Execute a risk-based oversight model across key fund operational processes including NAV calculation, expenses, fee billing, and price publication.
• Review and challenge fund administrator outputs, including NAVs, distributions, and supporting documentation; drive issue resolution and control evidence.
• Oversee periodic financial reporting deliverables and support audit activities, including coordination of materials.
• Review regulatory filings for registered and private investment vehicles and coordinate timely completion with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain governance over internal platforms and reference databases used for oversight and reporting.
• Monitor legal publication requirements and ensure process adherence and escalation where needed.
• Prepare governance materials for fund governing forums.
• Perform ongoing vendor oversight and drive service delivery improvements against standards.
• Produce metrics and management reporting to escalate issues and initiative status.
