Job summary

MicroSourcing is expanding its Manila operations with Maples Group and seeks a Senior Associate, Fund Accounting in a hybrid Manila-based role. You will prepare NAV packages, liaise with global managers and auditors, and manage client data entry, invoicing, and billing workflows.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with global teams, and timely monthly revenue reporting. A finance-related degree and 1+ year in funds/financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or computer/tech-related courses.
• 1+ year experience in hedge funds or private equity, OR 1–3 years in Financial Services.
• Proven ability to accurately handle financial data, data entry, and processing transactions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams, custodians, auditors, and managers.
• Attention to detail in billing systems and monthly revenue accruals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAV packages (low to medium complexity) per MaplesFS policies.
• Coordinate with global internal and external parties to process transactions and resolve data queries.
• Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and terminations; book fees and generate invoices.
• Analyze data to complete monthly revenue accruals and prepare KPI, AR, and profitability reports.
