Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Lead to drive financial excellence across Private Equity funds. You will own NAV calculations for the most complex fund structures, act as a technical escalation point, and partner with fund controllers to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration, with a strong focus on Private Equity or closed-end fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NAV calculation and production for complex fund structures.
• Balance reconciliations with fund administrators, custodians, prime brokers, and banks.
• Calculate and verify income/expenses allocations, including side letters and equalization.
• Oversee capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, waterfalls, and carried interest calculations.
• Support multi-tier, multi-currency structures (SPVs, feeders, continuation vehicles, etc.).
• Drive month-end close, audit readiness, and improvements to workflows and SOPs.
