Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as trusted advisor on front-office solutions, liaising between clients and product/account/client support teams. You will gather requirements, customize configurations, document solutions, and drive adoption with training and UAT.

You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and risks while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, project management, account management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with investment management concepts (portfolio management, trading, accounting, reporting).
• Experience with traditional buy-side institutions (hedge funds, asset managers).
• Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivatives.
• Strong technical skills including databases, data integration, and APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic clients, acting as a subject matter expert and ensuring they gain maximum value from Broadridge’s front‑office solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, propose tailored solutions, and translate needs into technical documentation.
• Perform hands-on system configuration, customizing workflows and platform features to align solutions with client requirements and accelerate adoption.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex technical challenges, coordinating resolution efforts and leading post-incident reviews.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing milestone updates and addressing risks.
• Deliver training sessions on system functionality and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor client account health and satisfaction, addressing risks and providing feedback to improve products/services.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Account Management, Client Support, and Engineering to ensure successful delivery and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.
