Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as trusted advisor on front-office solutions, liaising between clients and product/account/client support teams. You will gather requirements, customize configurations, document solutions, and drive adoption with training and UAT.

You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and risks while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, project management, account management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with investment management concepts (portfolio management, trading, accounting, reporting).
• Experience with traditional buy-side institutions (hedge funds, asset managers).
• Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivatives.
• Strong technical skills including databases, data integration, and APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Broadridge, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on our front‑office solutions, acting as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams such as Product Management, Account Management, and Client Support. This is a client‑facing role where you will develop deep partnerships, build a strong understanding of client needs, and advocate for their success within our organization.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing transparent milestone updates and proactively addressing risks or potential roadblocks.
• Deliver training sessions on system functionality for client users, while facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment and alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor overall client account health and satisfaction, proactively identifying and addressing risks while sharing feedback with internal teams to influence product and service enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Account Management, Client Support, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and drive continuous process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by fostering trust through proactive engagement, clear communication, and impactful presentations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, project management, account management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting.
• Experience working with traditional buy‑side institutions (ie: hedge funds, asset managers, etc.)
• Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software (e.g., Visio).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client‑facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with investment management software (e.g., Charles River, Eze, or other similar platforms).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus
