• Familiarity with investment management concepts and buy-side institutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic clients and act as SME for front-office solutions.
• Gather business requirements, propose tailored solutions, and translate needs into technical docs.
• Perform hands-on system configuration and customize workflows to align with client needs.
• Escalate complex technical challenges, coordinate resolutions, and lead post-incidents reviews.
• Oversee timelines and budgets, provide milestone updates, and address risks.
• Deliver training and conduct UAT to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.
