As a Senior Representative in Fraud Solutions, you will process reports, report unusual activity, and maintain high levels of customer interaction. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with expectations for quality metrics and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Completed at least 2nd year in College or 2-year Associate course.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers to verify transactions flagged as suspicious.
• Process lost/stolen reports accurately and recognize/report unusual activity to mitigate fraud loss.
• Handle calls from retail partners/customers regarding referred credit applications.
• Strictly adhere to compliance, regulatory and internal procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer interaction and service quality.
• Meet or exceed call quality metrics while managing productivity.
