Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Completed at least 2nd year in College or 2-year Associate course.
• Excellent English Verbal and written Communication Skills.
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to verify transactions on accounts flagged as suspicious.
• Process lost/stolen reports and report unusual activity to mitigate fraud loss.
• Handle calls from retail partners/customers about referred credit applications.
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory and internal procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer interaction and meet quality metrics.
• Make outbound calls/verify transactions on suspicious accounts.
