Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year in college or a 2-year associate course.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and deliver on card service sales opportunities.
• Customer service centric with rapport-building skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Must have knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and team collaboration.
• Willing to work in Northgate, Alabang in a hybrid setup.
• Reside within 100 km of Muntinlupa hub (≤4 hours by land).
• Need at least 30 Mbps wired internet when required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from stores and customers on Client Credit Card inquiries.
• Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts.
• Use problem solving and decision making to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and product marketing.
• Maintain adherence to call quality standards.
• Follow schedule and company policies, including Time and Attendance.
