Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate FP&A to join our night shift team. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

You will build complex financial models, perform variance analysis, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support potential investments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA is a plus.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
• Understanding of GAAP and ability to apply it to decision making
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and oral
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office - Required
• Basic knowledge in accounting software (ERPs)
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and tools for AI-driven analytics in financial processes.
• Willingness to work one of the following shifts, Tuesday to Saturday:
• - Night Shift: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Create data visualizations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models for various units and projects.
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Support monthly financial reporting including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as needed for decision-making.
• Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
