Job summary

Anchored Solutions MNL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate FP&A for a night shift (1:00 AM–10:00 AM) based in Metro Manila. You will collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop models to support budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to present insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to monthly reporting and ad‑hoc

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
CPA is a plus.
4–6 years of FP&A or related experience.
Understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge.
Knowledge of AI concepts and analytics in finance.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create data visualizations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial models for units and projects.
Assist in budgeting, forecasts, and long-range plans.
Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed.
Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share FP&A expertise.
Maintain confidentiality and improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
