Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and management reporting packages.
• Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify trends, key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning activities by collaborating with stakeholders and developing financial models and projections.
• Assist with expense management initiatives, organizational reporting, and tracking of business performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting team training and knowledge sharing.
