Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review standard and non-standard journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances and trends, and provide meaningful commentary to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, footnotes, and other internal and external reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data management, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and share best practices.
