Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Manila to partner with global stakeholders. You will deliver timely financial reports, build models, and drive planning, forecasting, and process improvements across a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role requires 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a CPA is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement is offered with exposure to senior leaders and cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, or related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
• Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning activities with financial models and projections.
• Assist with expense management initiatives and tracking of business performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation and cross-functional collaboration.
