Job summary

Ker Systems & Solutions Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Formwork QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality, safety, and reliability of equipment and steel fabrication through inspections and testing.

You will oversee warehouse-based inspection, testing, returns, and fabrication activities at the Santo Tomas facility, coordinating with Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams to meet engineering specs. The role requires a Civil/Mechanical engineering degree, PRC licensure, 3–5 years of QA/QC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer (PRC License) is required.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC or steel fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, dimensional inspection, and QC.
• Experience in material and equipment testing and evaluation of test results.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work primarily at the Santo Tomas warehouse and supervise inspection, testing, returns, and fabrication.
• Ability to coordinate with Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, safety, and reliability of equipment through inspections and testing.
• Oversee warehouse-based equipment inspection, testing, returns and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Interpret drawings and inspection requirements to guide fabrication and QC.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of QC activities.
