Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a QA/QC Civil Engineering professional to implement and monitor quality control for civil, precast, and finishing works on multiple sites in the Philippines.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, project specs, ITPs, and client requirements, conduct inspections, and coordinate with site, production, and engineering teams to drive quality and timely closure of NCRs.

A degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in civil, precast, and finishing works.
• Experience with quality management systems, inspection procedures, and construction quality control.
• 3–12 years of QA/QC experience on civil projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC activities for civil, precast, and finishing works per drawings and project specs.
• Conduct inspections for concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, precast production and erection, finishes, flooring, painting, tiling, waterproofing, and fit-out.
• Coordinate with site, production, engineering, consultants, and subcontractors to manage inspections, material approvals, method statements, mock-ups, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Monitor workmanship, dimensional tolerances, installation quality, and material traceability; maintain inspection records and test reports.
• Promote quality awareness, support HSE during inspections, analyze defects, reduce rework, monitor quality KPIs, and drive timely closure of observations.
