Job summary

Fabtech Export Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Steel Erection Foreman to oversee on-site structural steel erection and installation activities. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality per drawings and specifications.

You will lead erection crews, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and produce daily progress reports while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret structural drawings, erection plans, and specs.
• Lead erection crews and coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies and project regulations on-site.
• Prepare daily accomplishment/manpower/progress reports.
• Willing to work on-site, overtime, and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural steel erection and on-site installation.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Ensure proper alignment, bolting, welding, and assembly of members.
• Coordinate daily activities and manpower for erection crews.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety orientations.
• Monitor productivity and progress against schedules.
