SimCorp in Manila seeks a Senior Technical Application Consultant to join the Configuration Deployment Service (CDS) team. You will support deployments across time zones, engage with clients, and help optimize service delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will plan deployment windows, create configuration packages, and document procedures. Fluency in English, Windows Server experience, and ITIL familiarity are required, with hybrid work (2x weekly in office) and APAC shift

Qualifications

• Master in Computer Science, Natural Science, Economics or similar qualification.
• Experience configuring and deploying components of complex standard software applications in the financial sector.
• Technical affinity with eagerness to learn new content and cloud technology.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and basic cloud knowledge; ITIL framework familiarity.
• Excellent communication in English (oral and written) and strong service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support the CDS team to ensure efficient service delivery across time zones.
• Engage in configuration deployments and contribute to client meetings and services.
• Plan and prepare deployment windows with client and team.
• Create configuration packages from client definitions and follow up on deployments.
• Document and report in line with service procedures.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and client stakeholders.
• Advise on process improvements based on daily operations.
• Actively participate in the global Configuration Deployment Service network.
