Job summary

SimCorp in Manila is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to manage the collection, validation, and distribution of market data for financial instruments across client SLAs. The role requires strong domain knowledge and experience with data governance, SOX/RACE, and data quality processes.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with potential APAC/EMEA/NA coordination and collaboration with global clients. A solid background in finance or engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data vendor feeds and financial instruments data.
• Knowledge of complex instruments such as ABS/MBS and index-linked bonds.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or engineering.
• Experience with data governance and operational risk frameworks.
• Experience with EDM platforms and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute collection, composition, control and distribution of market and master data for financial instruments according to SLAs.
• Shift may cover APAC, EMEA and NA time zones.
• Perform quality checks and runbooks adherence; conduct data analysis for anomalies.
• Resolve data questions and audit support timely to ensure SLA.
• Comply with operational risk frameworks (SOX, RACE).
• Support continuous improvement of data processes and governance.
• Collaborate with local/regional clients to identify requirements.
• Share know-how between Data Operations teams to avoid silos and ensure SLAs.
• Monitor data supply chain issues and trigger resolutions to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain documentation of processes and runbooks.
