Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced finance leader in the Philippines to drive project performance through robust financial management and advisory support across the business unit and contracts.

The role requires CPA or equivalent, with at least 15 years in finance, including substantial infrastructure project exposure, and a track record in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience
• Preferably 10 years within infrastructure projects
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills; master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to drive project performance with objective financial advice and insight
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting with cost control
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop solutions to improve project efficiency
• Maintain strong financial controls, accounting disciplines and risk management processes
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to influence strategic financial decisions
• Lead, develop and coach finance teams and champion continuous improvement
