Job summary

Mace is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader based in Manila to drive project finance performance across our business unit. You will partner with project managers, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure robust financial planning and reporting to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent qualification, 15+ years of experience (10+ in infrastructure), and strong leadership with stakeholder management. Flexible/hybrid working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably 10 years in infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and project financial advisory experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to drive project performance with financial insight.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with accurate reporting.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop efficiency solutions.
• Maintain strong financial controls, accounting disciplines and risk management.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to influence financial decisions.
• Lead and coach finance teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
