IWG is seeking a Finance Project Manager in Metro Manila to lead large-scale finance transformations and deployments. The role requires CPA and an accounting degree, with strong project management skills and experience across cross-functional teams.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement across multiple time zones, with a focus on delivering complex financial programs and maintaining rigorous governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transformation, migration, integration and system deployment project management experience.
• PM methodologies and best practices.
• CPA with accounting degree is required.
• Finance/shared services background preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Teams Apps and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive multiple large-scale Finance projects across time zones.
• Collaborate with sponsors and senior stakeholders to define scope and success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Finance and other departments.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
• Prepare and distribute detailed status reports and risk logs.
• Ensure project actions are completed on time and within budget.
