Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations for complex construction projects. You will protect margins, manage cash flow, and drive financial controls across Australian projects while operating from a permanent WFH setup.

The role requires 10+ years in senior finance, CPA/CA qualification, and strong ERP experience (Pronto Xi, MYOB, Xero, SAP). You will lead payroll, tax, and regulatory compliance in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for the group and entities.
• Deliver management reporting packs with variance commentary to MD/board.
• Consolidate financial statements across related entities.
• Oversee budgeting and reforecasting with operations.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and GL integrity.
• Monitor WIP reporting, job costing, and margin analysis across contracts.
• Review cash flow forecasts and monitor commercial/credit risk across projects.
• Provide financial input into tender pricing and bid reviews.
