Outsource Accelerator in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support daily finance and accounting operations. You will prepare financial reports, monitor expenses and cash flow, assist with tax compliance, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a solid accounting background, strong analytical skills, and is proficient with accounting software such as Xero. A hybrid work setup with an Ortigas office is offered to support collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with daily accounting tasks.
• Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and monthly closing documents.
• Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and cash flow tracking.
• Monitor invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with tax filings, regulatory requirements, and audit documentation.
• Ensure financial records and supporting documents are complete and organized.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes using software and automation tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and other finance-related concerns.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
