Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in GAAP/IFRS.
• Streamline accounting processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage A/P, A/R, GL, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy.
• Lead and mentor accounting professionals.
