enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a capable Finance & Operations Manager to lead its finance and operations function. This hands-on role involves building scalable processes, leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax work while partnering with growth and marketing teams.

Leading the Manila team, you will shape FP&A, drive cash flow, and develop pricing and automation initiatives. A strong path to Head of Finance & Operations awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience using cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Conduct Budget vs Actual variance analysis and communicate key findings.
• Perform hands‑on bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Build and maintain a three-statement financial model and rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
