Job summary

Hexaware Technologies Philippines Branch is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee day‑to‑day financial operations for Manila and Clark. You will lead the finance team, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong internal controls while aligning with local and international regulatory standards.

You will drive month-end close, statutory reporting, and audits, collaborating with onshore and offshore colleagues to support business growth and compliance across Philippine authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and government compliance (BIR, PEZA, SEC, LGUs).
• Experience managing BIR assessments, LOA, tax investigations, and PEZA compliance.
• Experience in shared services, multinational, or BPO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing, ensuring journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations are completed on time.
• Oversee AP, payroll, GL, and related processes with proper documentation.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with audit activities and regulatory filings (SEC, BIR, PEZA) with onshore/offshore teams.
