Job summary

TDCX Philippines is hiring a Senior Finance Manager I - Financial Reporting to lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and support audits, ISO certifications, and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze financial trends, prepare statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows, and collaborate with across functions to ensure accurate reporting and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPA and have strong accounting knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior accounting role.
• Experience leading a team is required.
• Strong background in financial statement preparation and closing.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Proficient English communication.
• Experience with major Finance ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial trends and perform variance analyses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate reporting across GL, balance sheet and P&L.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for decision support.
• Review and correct errors in financial entries and reports.
• Upload reports in Tagetik for consolidation.
• Develop and implement accounting policies per GAAP.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to authorities.
