Goodyear is seeking a Finance Service Delivery Head– Financial Accounting to lead the Manila-based team supporting General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A. You will drive people, performance, and transformation while partnering with global and local stakeholders.

This role ensures SOX compliance, robust internal controls, and timely remediation of audit gaps, while advancing finance transformation initiatives and cost efficiency across the GBS center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting, with CPA or similar certification.
• 10–15 years of corporate accounting experience in a management role.
• Experience in a multinational/shared services environment; at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience with audit procedures and controls; US GAAP experience desired.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team across General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A.
• Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to improve process and cost efficiency as part of Finance Transformation.
• Resolve operational, financial, and control-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure SOX compliance, and drive remediation of audit gaps.
• Coordinate SOX, Internal Audit, and external audit engagements.
• Promote learning and development across the Finance organization.
