Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a Regional Field Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians across telecom sites. You will plan PM/CM, ensure safety, and deliver site improvements while coordinating with NOC and power teams. Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and field experience are required for ensuring regional uptime.

This field-based role requires travel across assigned regions and hands-on supervision, risk assessment, and adherence to SOPs for site reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on telecom site maintenance experience.
• 2–3 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong practical experience with generators, batteries, rectifiers, HVAC, and tower work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of field technicians.
• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules for power systems, HVAC, tower structure, and site facilities.
• Lead Corrective Maintenance activities, especially for power and cooling failures.
• Ensure all work is performed according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Perform on-the-job coaching and risk assessments.
