Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in a relevant field.
• Preferably engineering graduate in Telecommunications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• 2–3 years of project coordinator experience in Telecom industry.
• Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and basic office software.
• 1–2 years vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledgeable in telecom domains such as Civil, Power, Telecom, RF, Transport, OSP & Wireline.
• Must have knowledge in telecom domains such as Diff Tech, BFT, OPSAS, Integration, TRFS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines and costs.
• Coordinate project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
• Provide logistics and administrative support as needed.
• Driving third-party vendors to achieve targets.
• Supports third-party vendor on queries and clarifications regarding projects.
• Prepare reports and other site documentation.
• Assist third-party vendor in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards.
• Any related BAU tasks as assigned.
