Job summary

Active Control Automation and Industrial Sales Corporation is seeking a Project Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with company standards.

You will coordinate people, resources, and processes, supervise staff, monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Travel to field sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• 2–5 years in project operations, coordination, or supervision.
• Experience in leading teams is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office or project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily project operations and activities.
• Ensure projects are implemented according to plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Identify issues and risks and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
• Track project progress and provide updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections when required.
