Job summary

Quartermaster seeks a Field Operations Lead in the Philippines to act as the senior local representative, driving fleet growth and overseeing end-to-end in-country operations including installations, field teams, logistics, and local partners.

You will engage regulators such as MARINA, PPA, BFAR to accelerate approvals, build trusted relationships with vessel owners/operators, travel across the archipelago, and ensure compliant, safe, scalable deployments while reporting to U.S. leadership.

Qualifications

• Filipino national based in Manila, ready to travel across the archipelago.
• Senior standing in the Philippine domestic maritime industry with strong relationships among vessel owners/operators.
• Proven closer who can bring commercial agreements from first meeting to signature.
• Fluent English and Tagalog in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Fleet growth: Open and close agreements with vessel owners/operators to scale installations.
• Regulators: Drive local engagement with MARINA, PPA, BFAR to clear approvals.
• Execution: Manage in-country operations end to end — installations, field team, logistics, and local partners.
