Job summary

The role requires maintaining assets and resources, delivering timely reports to the Delivery Manager and Executives, and providing direction on operational and administrative matters to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Willing to work anywhere in San Fernando/Mexico, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of the team.
• Involves in planning, decision making, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and controlling.
• Ensures team and member compliance to company policies and maintains discipline for erring associates.
• Manages all records and database for reference, research and reporting purposes.
• Provides reports and other requirements as required by the Delivery Manager and Executives.
• Maintenance and inventory of handhelds, vehicles, keys, and other resources.
• Provides first line of intervention direction on operational and administrative concerns to the team.
