You will lead vessel Manning plans, contract development, and end-of-contract processes, coordinating with shore teams to maintain uninterrupted operations and regulatory adherence across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or maritime-related certificate.
• 5+ years in maritime recruitment or fleet personnel operations.
• Experience with employment contracts and crew planning.
• Knowledge of maritime labor law and seafarers’ rights.

Responsibilities

• Execute vessel manning plans aligning with flag state regulations and budgets.
• Review and approve employment contracts for compliance with standards.
• Plan crew rotations and end-of-contract procedures.
• Monitor crew vacancies and support annual manning budgets.
• Coordinate crew embarkation/disembarkation logistics.
• Liaise with flag state authorities for regulatory compliance.
• Communicate operational changes to vessel personnel and docs access.
• Assess training needs and support development plans with training centers.
• Optimize travel arrangements and monitor costs for value-for-money services.
