JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Fee Operations Senior Associate in the Global Fee Billing Operations team to lead invoicing, cash application, and billing inputs across monthly and quarterly cycles.

You will manage a team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, ensure accuracy, strengthen controls, and drive process improvements while meeting deadlines.

This role offers visibility, ownership, and opportunities to impact client billing timeliness and data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including delivery management and quality oversight.
• Experience supporting invoice production and billing operations in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with root-cause investigation and resolution capabilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with clear escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day invoicing team execution, including work allocation and capacity planning against billing calendars.
• Produce accurate, timely invoices across multiple fee types with visibility into status and risks.
• Review outputs, enforce documentation standards, and escalate client-impacting issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and strengthening controls.
• Oversee daily fee collection accounting from receipt to reconciliation.
• Apply client payments to open invoices and maintain audit-ready evidence.
• Manage client prepayments and ensure correct attribution per terms.
• Execute controlled invoice adjustments and document cash/receivable impacts.
• Reconcile fee collection accounts, investigate breaks, and close issues with escalation.
• Maintain and enhance the risk and control framework and monthly data procurement for billing inputs.
