Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Executive, Facilities Management Account Management – Work Dynamics, to lead soft services delivery across managed facilities from Bengaluru. The role drives service excellence, safety, and operational efficiency while coordinating vendor relationships and SLAs, with a focus on cost control and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–6 years in facilities management, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with CAFM/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years in facilities management with focus on soft services delivery.
• Experience managing large facilities (min 500,000 sq ft) or multi-site portfolios.
• Vendor management and contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial and housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Manage pest control programs with vendor coordination and compliance monitoring.
• Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance for indoor/outdoor areas.
• Ensure washroom hygiene services including consumables management and sanitation protocols.
• Conduct facility inspections and maintain inspection records with corrective actions.
