Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Facilities Sr Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing for CBRE's clients.

You will lead technicians, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure 24/7 readiness for critical facilities. The role requires a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer with 7+ years in facilities or building systems, strong leadership, vendor management, and knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 7+ years in facilities or building systems.
• Experience leading technical teams in BPO or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to manage vendors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Lead and mentor building technicians and maintenance staff.
• Implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness to support production floors.
• Manage critical facilities equipment including UPS, generators, switchgear, pumps, chillers, AHUs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain safety, codes, and environmental standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Maintain equipment logs and asset documentation.
• Support energy-efficiency initiatives and on-call response.
