Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in the Philippines to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. The role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function and supports facilities management for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree or NCII, with at least 3 years in facilities management or engineering maintenance, and is able to work a 6-day rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
• Leadership and management experience to lead maintenance teams and coordinate tasks.
• Amenable to shifting schedule, 6 days a week, including weekends/ holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs, tracking progress.
• Support energy management to keep building systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to management.
