Job summary

Daiichi Properties, Inc. is seeking a Building Manager to oversee the daily and strategic management of a high-rise property in Metro Manila.

You will ensure commercial viability, financial health, and a premium tenant experience while maintaining technical integrity. Responsibilities include leading operations, supervising service providers, and coordinating with HQ engineers to implement PM schedules and CAPEX projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of eight years in Property Management, high-rise setting.
• Experience with Grade A/premium office buildings.
• Strong leadership and tenant-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce building House Rules and Regulations for tenants and contractors.
• Oversee non-technical service providers (Security, Housekeeping, Landscaping) to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (Permits, Fire Safety, Business Permits).
• Lead PM schedules and coordinate with Engineering Manager for 100% PM implementation.
