EY GDS – Assurance FAAS – Senior/AM – Enhanced corporate accounting and reporting (ECRA) – Technical Accounting is seeking a qualified professional in Manila to deliver timely, high‑quality accounting advisory and regulatory support, applying IFRS/US/UK GAAP knowledge across engagements.

You will lead teams, guide junior staff, contribute to practice development, and collaborate with EY clients and global colleagues in a diverse, inclusive culture offering premium benefits and continuous

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
• 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience in technical accounting advisory and GAAP conversions preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of service delivery.
• Direct daily progress of fieldwork and inform engagement status to Supervisors.
• Meet client deliverables and reports in a timely fashion.
• Apply professional judgment to meet engagement expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and EY policies and apply knowledge to complex client situations.
• Lead/participate in client workshops and prepare underlying materials.
• Coordinate activities between small teams to deliver tasks and guide junior staff.
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and training materials.
