Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for Enhanced Corporate Accounting and Reporting (ECRA) within EY GDS. You will supervise a team, apply US GAAP and IFRS knowledge, and guide complex accounting matters from initial engagements to closure.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, drive quality service, and contribute to thought leadership while coordinating with onshore teams. Travel may be required and professional standards apply.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• 6–10 years post-qualification in Assurance, with 3+ years in Financial Accounting and Advisory.
• Hands-on consulting experience at a Big 4 or top-tier firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of service delivery and client expectations.
• Direct daily progress of fieldwork and inform engagement status to supervisors.
• Coordinate with onshore teams to deliver work to clients.
• Apply accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS) to complex matters.
• Lead project management and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
