Job summary

EY GDS is seeking a Senior/AM to support Enhanced Corporate Accounting and Reporting (ECRA) within FAAS. You will ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, apply complex accounting standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to serve clients globally.

The role requires strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, experience in technical accounting advisory, and excellent communication skills. Travel may be required as part of client engagement and practice development.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
• 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Willingness to travel on短 notice and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of service delivery to clients
• Direct daily progress of fieldwork and inform engagement supervisors
• Apply independent professional judgment to accounting standards
• Lead client workshops and prepare underlying materials
• Coordinate small teams and provide guidance to junior members
• Develop thought leadership and contribute to firm initiatives
• Build internal and external networks to grow EY accounts
• Evaluate processes and optimize delivery with innovative approaches
