Distilleri Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Events Executive / Assistant Events Manager to turn concepts into flawless activations. You will own timelines, coordinate vendors and partners, and drive projects from brief to show day and beyond, thriving on hands‑on, on‑site execution.

The role requires a calm operator who can manage multiple moving parts, with strong planning, communication, and problem‑solving skills, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating events, activations, or experiential campaigns, ideally agency‑side.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail across many parallel tasks.
• Clear, calm, and proactive communication with teammates, clients, partners, and vendors.
• At ease with project and calendar tools and spreadsheets.
• A solutions‑first attitude under pressure, especially on show days.
• Reliable follow‑through and a bias for getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of event concepts, run sheets, floor plans, and production schedules.
• Maintain project timelines and workflows, flagging risks and blockers early.
• Prepare client‑facing documents – proposals, decks, budgets, and post‑event reports.
• Source and liaise with suppliers across production, AV, F&B, staging, fabrication, and manpower.
• Obtain and compare quotes, and support negotiation under the Brand Experience Manager's guidance.
• Assist with partner sourcing and activation tiering for multi‑partner events.
• Support event setup, show‑day operations, and teardown, acting as an on‑site point of contact.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep the event running to plan.
• Work irregular hours around event dates, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Assist in building and tracking event budgets, and monitor spend against forecast.
