Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Art Director to manage a portfolio of events and activations, develop strong client relationships, and drive new business opportunities. The role requires leadership, a proven track record in brand activations, and expertise in concept development and design.

The candidate will oversee on-ground execution, ensure high-quality outputs under tight deadlines, and collaborate with a team to turn concepts into winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in BTL, events, experiential marketing, or brand activations.
• Strong concept development, experiential and spatial design, stage/booth/set design, and brand activations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of 3D visualization tools preferred.
• Experience leading creative teams, with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio with actual events/activations and at least 5 campaigns.
• Willingness to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and develop long-term relationships.
• Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a creative team to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.
