Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled recruiting professional to manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

You will source, screen, assess, interview, and recommend candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and negotiate compensation within approved guidelines while ensuring timely reporting and data accuracy.
