Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, People Resourcing (Project-Based) to lead sourcing, screening, and talent-pipeline management in support of timely hires. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, and drive reporting and process improvements.
This role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data privacy, and a proactive approach to building a high-quality candidate pool for current and future staffing needs.
The Supervisor, People Resourcing (Project-Based) is responsible for supporting talent acquisition activities through candidate sourcing, screening, talent pipeline management, and recruitment operations. The role ensures the delivery of quality candidates for business requirements while maintaining an efficient, positive, and compliant recruitment process. The incumbent also supports recruitment reporting, hiring initiatives, and stakeholder coordination to help achieve organizational staffing objectives.
Lead sourcing activities utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, and networking initiatives.
Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit against job requirements.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to enhance talent pool availability.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and sourcing strategies.
Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring stages.
Monitor recruitment workflows and ensure adherence to established hiring processes and service standards.
Facilitate interview scheduling and coordination among candidates, hiring managers, and panel members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Prepare and consolidate recruitment reports, hiring updates, and workforce analytics.
Monitor recruitment metrics and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support the implementation of talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and employer branding activities.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, talent market insights, and candidate availability.
Serve as a point of contact for recruitment-related concerns and escalations within assigned areas.
Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
Ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes using technology-based tools and platforms
Strong knowledge of talent attraction and acquisition strategies
Experience in recruitment via social media, digital platforms, and virtual job boards
Skilled in HRMS/ATS systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Hatch)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build networks and collaborate with hiring managers
Highly organized with strong reporting and tracking skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data privacy, security, and compliance
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably with exposure to volume and critical hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
