ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the Singapore office and provide day-to-day technical support.
- Support hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, networking, VPN, printing, and collaboration tools.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, endpoint security, and IT documentation.
- Provide executive and VIP support, including leadership meetings and business-critical events.
- Assess issue impact and priority quickly, especially for time-sensitive meetings, travel, presentations, or business-critical situations.
- Communicate clearly and calmly with senior stakeholders, manage expectations appropriately, and provide practical solutions or workarounds where needed.
- Support office LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, meeting room AV systems, and video conferencing platforms.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement support, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams on projects, upgrades, and continuous service improvements.
- Summarize recurring issues and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Support vendor service performance reviews and provide improvement suggestions where appropriate.
- Support office moves, desk changes, meeting room upgrades, new device deployments and other local IT-related activities.
- Record, track, and close user requests and incidents in accordance with company IT service processes.
- Work with the procurement team on IT-related sourcing, product selection, and procurement support.
- Provide technical input for requirement clarification, technical specifications, product comparison, quotation evaluation, vendor communication, and delivery acceptance.
- Any other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or office IT operations.
- Experience supporting senior executives and VIP users.
- Experience working within multinational or regional IT environments.
- Exposure to IT procurement, vendor management, and service delivery.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and familiarity with macOS.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience supporting meeting room AV systems and video conferencing platforms.
Soft Skills
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, Jamf, Apple, CompTIA, or VMware.
- Experience in multinational, technology, financial services, professional services, or data centre environments.
- Experience with ITSM tools, endpoint security, asset management, or compliance initiatives.
