Provide technical leadership for ICT, telecommunications, networking, security, and controls infrastructure across newbuild data centre developments in APAC.
Based in Singapore, you will act as the client's primary ICT representative — shaping standardised network solutions, reviewing designs, and integrating converged systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of mission-critical facilities.
Work with network architects and design teams to translate project requirements into standardised products, conceptual single-line diagrams, and rack/cable tray layouts.
Lead development of telecoms infrastructure solutions with adequate capacity, scalability, and reliability; review network architectures, pathways, fiber distribution strategies, and equipment integration.
Review and comment on ICT, networking, controls, and security designs, specifications, and construction-level documentation for compliance with standards and client requirements.
Drive best practices for converged networks across mechanical, electrical, controls, security, and telecoms systems.
Act as escalation point where local regulations or site conditions require design modifications — applying sound judgment to balance global standards with local needs.
Identify integration and coordination risks early; recommend practical solutions to mitigate delays and cost impacts.
Contribute to QA/QC standards, design guidelines, and review processes; support standardisation, value engineering, and operational improvement studies.
Act as primary point of contact for all ICT matters across clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams (Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Controls, Security, Operations).
Maintain records of design changes and technical decisions; ensure timely closure and documentation of deliverables.
