The role requires 3–5 years of executive support experience, excellent organization, and advanced calendar and meeting-management skills. On-site position in Muntinlupa with negotiable compensation and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive assistance or senior administrative experience.
• Senior administrative or executive assistance experience.
• Excellent organization, judgment, confidentiality, and business communication.
• Advanced calendar, document, presentation, and meeting-management skills.
• Able to manage changing priorities independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, travel, and priority follow-ups.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with internal leaders and external stakeholders.
• Track decisions, commitments, and confidential action items.
• Anticipate administrative needs and protect executive time.
